Two ways in
Are you adding engineers, or handing over a build?
Different jobs, different terms, so we write them up separately. Pick the one that matches how you want to work.
You direct the work
Our engineer joins your standup, pulls from your board, opens PRs against your repo. You set priorities. We handle vetting, replacement and payroll.
- Six stage vetting, written out in full
- Replacement inside ten working days
- Monthly rolling after two months
We own the delivery
Fixed scope, agreed architecture, a date. We make the technical calls, document them, and hand the codebase over with a working deploy pipeline.
- Two paid weeks of scoping before a quote
- Handover itemised into six deliverables
- Defects fixed at our cost for 90 days

How to judge us
Four questions that sort any shortlist in an hour
Use these on us and on everyone else you’re comparing. If the answers are thin, that’s data. If they’re good, you’ve narrowed a shortlist faster than another discovery call would.
Read the full vetting processTake this to every call
- Name the person who decides architecture
- Overlap hours, in my timezone, in writing
- Repository owner from commit one
- Paid pilot, never a free trial
If a vendor answers all four in writing, they are worth a pilot. If they answer none, you have saved a month.
01
Which stack would you refuse?
A firm that refuses nothing has no specialism. The answer also tells you whether you’re getting their A team or whoever is between projects.
02
What are your overlap hours, in my timezone?
"Flexible hours" is not an answer. Get a start and end time in ET or PT, in writing, before you sign anything.
03
Who owns the repository during the build?
If the answer is anything other than you, from the first commit, that’s the whole negotiation in one sentence.
04
Can I have a paid pilot, not a free trial?
Free trials get staffed with whoever is spare. A paid two week pilot on a real ticket gets staffed with the person who will stay.
01 / Definition
What a React JS App Development Company in India Delivers
React is a library for building interfaces out of components, but a React project is rarely just React. It is an architecture, a data strategy, a state model, a build pipeline, a test suite and a deployment. The library is the easy part; the decisions around it are what a company is actually selling you.
Component architecture
How screens break into parts, what is shared, and where the boundaries sit so two people can work without collisions.
Data and state
What the server owns, what the client caches, and how stale data is handled. Most React projects that feel slow got this wrong.
Rendering strategy
Client rendering, server rendering, or static. This is the decision that is expensive to reverse, so it belongs in week one.
Delivery
Preview deploys, a test suite that runs on every PR, and a rollback that someone has actually used once.
If you are hunting for the best react js development company, the honest answer is that there is not one — only the one that fits your project. A react website development company for marketing pages, the application flavour for a dashboard. Same engineers either way, and we answer to plain react company too.
Two phrasings bring people to this page, react js development company in india and react js app development company in india, and both describe the same buyer: one person deciding whether to hand over a build. The vocabulary varies more than the work does.
People shortlisting react development companies in india also search react development agency, and that word usually signals designers and account managers alongside the engineers. We have neither, so if you want a react js agency in that fuller sense, we are the wrong shop. If you want engineers with no layers between you and them, that is us.
If you would rather own those decisions yourself and just add capacity, that is a different engagement, and it is set out on the hire ReactJS developers India page instead.
02 / Economics
Why US and UK companies hire React engineers offshore
How much does it cost to hire a React developer? Almost entirely a question of where the engineer sits rather than how good they are, which is why react development in india runs cheaper: ours are $28 to $48 an hour by seniority.
"Ask for the architecture decision record before you ask for the portfolio. One is written the week the work happens. The other is written by marketing."
Relative cost of one senior React engineer, indexed
We publish it as an index rather than a rate card because the rate is the least interesting number in the decision. What you give up is overlap hours and the ability to walk to someone’s desk. What you should not give up is code you can read, a named engineer, and a written architecture. If a vendor is at 11 on that chart, ask which of those three you are losing.
A US contractor is $90 to $160 an hour, nearshore $45 to $80, us $28 to $48. What matters is what you give up. A senior React engineer in India runs at roughly a third of a comparable US contract rate, and about 40 percent of a UK one. That is the whole arbitrage.

How to Judge a React Development Company in India
Five questions sort any react development company in india faster than a proposal review does. Each one below carries the answer worth hearing and the answer worth walking away from. We have lost work to two of these and it was fair.
-
01
Who makes the architecture decisions, by name?
If the answer is a team or a process, the decisions will be made by whoever is free. Ask to speak to that person before you sign.
Good answer
A name, and a calendar invite
Walk away
"Our senior team handles that"
-
02
What is explicitly out of scope?
A proposal with no exclusions list is not a fixed scope. It is an hourly engagement with a number on the front page.
Good answer
A written exclusions list
Walk away
"We’re flexible on scope"
-
03
Can I see a repository you handed over?
Not the app, the repo. Commit history, PR descriptions, the README a new developer reads on day one. Ask with a client’s permission and see who can produce it.
Good answer
A repo walkthrough, with a client copied in
Walk away
A polished portfolio site
-
04
What happens in month four?
Most React builds are finished and then need changes. Ask what maintenance costs and who does it. Vagueness here usually means a different team inherits your code.
Good answer
A maintenance rate and a named owner
Walk away
"We’ll sort that out later"
-
05
How many other clients will these people have?
One is the only answer that means your deadline is real. Three means your work waits whenever somebody louder shouts.
Good answer
One
Walk away
"They have capacity"
04 / Cost
What drives the cost of a React build
Screen count is what clients estimate with. It is rarely what moves the number. Here is what actually does, weighted by how often it surprises people on our own projects.
So the estimate conversation is mostly about integrations, data and permissions. Send us the list of systems this has to talk to and we can be useful on a first call. Send us a screen count and we can only guess.
Share of unplanned effort, last six builds

React JS Development Services in India, and the Tooling Behind Them
Our default stack, and the reasons we would change it, are written into the decision records rather than argued in a meeting.
Next.js when SEO or first paint matters, plain React with Vite when it doesn't
Node and Fastify for the API, so one team owns both sides of the contract
Postgres with Prisma migrations, reviewed like any other code
Preview deploys per PR on Vercel or your own cloud, your accounts either way
Clients arrive asking for custom react development services or react application development services, and the scoping conversation is identical either way. It comes down to these four choices, and to the reasons we would change any of them — each one written into a decision record rather than argued in a meeting.
07 / Fixed scope
The exclusions list, and who pays when we miss
Written before the quote, not after the problem. It names what the price does not cover, which is the only thing that makes a fixed price mean anything.
08 / FAQ
Questions we get asked
The questions that actually decide a build, answered before you have to ask them. If yours is missing, send it and we will add it here.
Where to go from here
If you are comparing delivery partners, the fastest filter is the exclusions list and the decision records. Ask all of us for both. If instead you want to run the work yourself and add capacity, read hire ReactJS developers India, which covers vetting and replacement terms. Where the build is mostly API, queues and data, the Node JS developer in India page is the better read, and the case studies show what handover actually contained. If you are earlier than that and still working out how to run an offshore team at all, the whole sequence is written out on the blog.
